Stay at the Ultimate Surf House
Main House Rental-$1,195/week!
Prices is ONLY $1,195/ week. 7 day & includes taxes in US dollars. Airfare is additional. Add on the Cabana to this for only $300 additional for the week! Main house is 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths. See below bedroom configurations.
Holiday Weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter: $2,500/7 nights minimum
New Years: $3,500/7 nights minimum
High Season Rates- March, April & July- $300 night-6 nights stay minimum
Both Holiday & High season we rent the “Entire Compound” : 5 bedrooms & 4 full baths, Sleeps 11 Singles or 14 total. 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms 4 Sat TV’s.

Optional: Surf Orientation available:
$100 for (2) ½ day surf orientation. Payable direct in cash upon arrival. Playa Negra resident surfer will show you the best breaks in the area. Vehicle is not provided and guide will come in your rental vehicle or accompany in his own vehicle

Master Bedroom Suite :It is HUGE!
Features a King sized bed, a bunk bed-full bottom & twin on top. A large walk in closet with armoire, dresser, cloths hanger, & a security safe.
42 inch plasma TV with satellite programming in English. HUGE full bathroom, a rocking chair. Remote controlled air conditioner & a ceiling fan with 18ft soaring ceilings.
Suite 2
Features (2) Twin beds, an armoire, ceiling fan, remote controlled air conditioner & security safe. A vaulted ceiling gives this room a spacious comfort. A full bath is adjacent to the bedroom which doubles as the bath for the main house adjacent the living room.
Suite 3 – Jr Master
Features a queen bed & twin bed, armoire , security safe, a ceiling fan, air conditioner & private full bath. A 15 foot ceiling makes this room a real comfort away from home.
How to Get Here:
Fly into newly opened Liberia International Airport, Costa Rica. The Wave House is just over a 1 hour drive from the airport. or Fly into San Jose, the capital.
Flying into San Jose. The government just completed a new toll road which now shortens the drive to the Wave House by 2 hours! The drive from San Jose is now about 3.5 hours as compared to 5!
